Colosseum Clash

Colosseum Clash is a mock powerlifting meet designed to give you a realistic competition experience following standard powerlifting rules. It’s the perfect opportunity to test your strength, learn the meet process, and compete in a supportive environment.

Athletes will compete in the squat, benchpress and deadlift, to compete for the grand prize.

Scoring & Winners
Winners are determined by DOTS score (a formula that accounts for body weight and total weight lifted). This creates fair rankings across all participants regardless of weightclass or experience.

Categories
New Lifters – For those who have never competed before
Advanced Lifters – For those with previous competition experience
There will be separate male and female divisions in each category, with a winner and grand prize awarded in both divisions.

Rules & Judging
Experienced referees will judge using official powerlifting standards (squat depth, bench pause, no hitching on deadlifts, etc.).
Safety is a priority — a minimum of three spotters/loaders will be on the platform at all times.

This mock meet is a great way to experience competition day in a lower-pressure setting while still getting the full sanctioned-meet atmosphere. Whether you’re new to powerlifting or looking to test your strength, step on the platform and compete in the heart of the Iron Hill Fitness Expo!
